The thin-wall angular contact ball bearings


In order to accurately calculate the flexible bearing load distribution, taking the outer ring isolated point supported thin-walled angular contact ball bearing for example, the establishment of a three-dimensional finite element analysis model, considering the outer ring after loading of bending deformation of the rolling body effect of load distribution, thin section bearing

  Analysis under different working conditions of bearing load distribution, change law of life and stiffness properties, and the calculated results of the finite element method and quasi dynamic method and the experimental results were analyzed and compared, ANSYS tutorial.

  The results show that,radar bearing , the finite element method calculation results and experimental results are more close.
