The establishment of flexible supporting thin angular contact bearing model




According to the thin wall of an aeroengine with angular contact ball bearing AC71907 as an example to analyze.

  Bearing parameters, outer diameter is 55mm, the outer ring raceway diameter is 50.586mm, the inner diameter is 35mm, the inner ring raceway diameter is 39.423mm, the ball diameter 5.556mm, the ball number 15, ( thin wall bearings )the initial contact angle of 25 deg..

  Between the bearing seat and the bearing outer ring is in interference fit, with the gap of m in 0-15um.

Thin wall bearing in recent years



In recent years, with the development of finite element, boundary element numerical calculation method, to consider the ferrule deformation and boundary condition of load distribution of rolling mill bearing is possible.

  This paper established a flexible support thin angular contact ball bearing finite element analysis of the load distribution model, considering the ferrule deformation and boundary conditions on the bearing load distribution, the influence law of life and stiffness properties of the ANSYS tutorial,(thin wall bearings )and the calculated results of the finite element method and quasi dynamic method and the experimental results are compared.

Thin wall bearing ANSYS tutorial

The thin-wall angular contact ball bearings

New machinery component

  Released in December 20, 1984, the Ministry of machinery industry standard of the people's Republic of China, JB/2300-84 Rotary Bearing Types, Basic Parameters and Technical Requirements, mainly by the Ministry of machinery and electronics industry of Tianjin Engineering Machinery Research Institute, Xuzhou Hailin slewing ring factory is responsible for drafting, later the country again in 1991 issued a construction machinery standards, JB36.1-36.3-91, in 1999 and 2011 has issued new machinery industry standard JB/2300-1999 and JB/2300-2011 .
