Four structure types of radial sliding bearing

Radial sliding bearing can divided into splittype, integral type, flange type ,self position type and other types.

  Bearing split bearing cover can be opened, so as to be loaded axle neck, bearing wear for easy adjustment of the bearing clearance. Integral type bearing  has simple structure, but must be loaded from one end of the shaft neck, unable to adjust the gap after wear.

  Flange bearing mounting surface is perpendicular to the bearing center line.Self position type bearing can automatically adjust the axis, in order to adapt to the deformation of shaft deflection.

  Radial sliding bearing bore diameter called bearing diameter. The axial size of Bush called bearing width. The width of bearing and bearing diameter is called
Width diameter ratio, generally 0.4 ~ 1.5.

  In order to reduce the axial size (such as in an internal combustion engine) ,sometimes taken to 0.25. Width diameter ratio on the bearing performance have a great effect.
